This application, when configured and connected to a legacy ERP system containing inventory, sales order and purchasing status and transactions, provides mobile access for sales and support staff access to this information on iOS, Android and browser devices and supports smartphone and tablet footprints. Where underlying data is available, this system supports advanced features like product expiration dates, lot tracking and other information about "live" inventory product like plant, animal, food, drug or other related information associated with product held in stock.
This software solution is a refined version of a bespoke implementation created for a prominent global distributor of products featuring 'Expiration Dates'. It has been actively used in production since 2020. The solution is also tailored for seamless integration with Shopping Cart, Quick and Full Order Quote/Sales Order Management modules that enhance its capabilities. These supplementary modules are currently in the final stages of development and are set to be launched by the end of 2024. Moreover, an integration for 'Creating Invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)' directly from the Order Management module is underway, leveraging Power Automate and the native QBO API. A similar custom integration has been operational since 2022 with a legacy JD Edwards instance, serving as the blueprint for future integrations.
